5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI agents generate responses based on training data.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs.

6. Billing and Refunds

VeryBookedAI offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically.
  • Annual subscriptions are billed upfront.
  • Prorated adjustments apply for mid-cycle changes.
  • Refunds evaluated case-by-case.

All fees exclusive of taxes.

7. Intellectual Property

VeryBookedAI owns the platform.

You retain ownership of your data. You grant VeryBookedAI a limited licence to process that content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not copy or modify without consent.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time.

We may terminate for material breach or fraud.

Upon termination, access ceases.

9. Limitation of Liability

VeryBookedAI shall not be liable for indirect damages.

Total liability limited to fees paid in twelve months.

Liability limitations subject to applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify VeryBookedAI.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms with 30 days notice.
