How long does setup take?

We walk through which review platforms you want monitored, connect the accounts you choose to integrate, confirm the wording and timing of your review requests, and import your customer list. That is it — monitoring starts as soon as the connections are in place.

When does billing start?

Your first 10 new Google reviews are on us. We run the campaigns at no charge until the tenth new review is live on your Google Business Profile, or until you cancel — whichever comes first. Do you gate or filter who gets asked for a review?

No. We request a review from every customer — we never filter, gate, or suppress anyone based on how happy we think they are. Review gating, where a business screens customers first and only invites the satisfied ones to post publicly, violates Google policy. We do not do it. Everyone gets asked, and every review that results goes straight to your profile.

What is the request cadence?

Each eligible customer receives one initial review request plus up to two reminders if they have not left a review. The sequence is spaced so it feels polite rather than pushy. Follow-up reminders do not count towards your monthly request quota — only the initial outreach to a new contact does.

What is the 30-day cooldown?

After someone receives a review request — whether they leave a review or not — we wait at least 30 days before asking them again. That prevents the same customer being contacted repeatedly and keeps your outreach within what Google and your customers expect.

What if someone has already reviewed us?

Accepted Answer

We check your connected platforms and skip anyone who has already left a review recently. Reactivation campaigns target past customers who have not reviewed in a while, not people who reviewed last week. You stay in control of who is on the list.

Which review platforms do you monitor?

We monitor 52 review platforms, including Google Business Profile, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, Better Business Bureau, Capterra and Healthgrades. AI replies work on Google Business Profile and Facebook only. Every other platform is monitored and we alert you when activity appears, so you or your team can write the reply there.

On which platforms do you auto-reply to reviews?

Google Business Profile and Facebook only. Those are the two platforms whose APIs and policies permit an automated professional response. The other 50 we monitor are monitoring only: we surface new reviews and hand you the wording to post by hand, or draft one for your approval.

Does this work with my CRM?

Jobber and QuickBooks connect natively. Everything else — Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Workiz and effectively any other system — connects through Zapier, Make or n8n. The Integrations page lists every review platform we monitor and every CRM path, native and middleware.

What role does GoHighLevel play?

GoHighLevel is the back office we operate on your behalf. Your review workflows, contact records, request sequences, and reply drafts live there. You do not need to learn the platform — we configure it, run the campaigns, and hand you approvals. Yes. Positive reviews can be turned into social posts and featured on your website. We draft the repurposed content from the review text; you approve before anything goes live. This is included in every tier at no extra charge.

Do you work with UK and EU businesses?

Yes. VeryBooked Ltd is registered in England and Wales, and we serve UK and EU businesses. Review platforms and CRM integrations are not gated by country — if the platform operates in your market, we can connect to it. Data is stored in the EU on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany.

Where is my data stored?

In the EU, on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, backed up daily, and access is role-based and logged.

How long is the contract? Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

There is no long-term contract. You pay month to month and may cancel in writing at any time — no notice period and no cancellation call required. If something is not working, tell us first; we would rather fix it.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your review data stays yours. We retain it for 90 days after cancellation so you can request an export, then delete it unless you ask us to keep it longer. Contact us to export your review history and reply templates.
