Exclusive leads are paid from a prepaid balance, one lead at a time. Review delivery is not available to buy today.

How a lead is priced

There is no national price list, because a lead for a roofer in one city is not worth the same as a lead for a house cleaner in another. Every trade is priced area by area, and each offer shows you its exact price before you decide.

How the balance works

Read the wallet terms
  • Your first deposit covers about 5 leads at your trade’s price, and is never less than $150.
  • Bonus balance is spent first and expires 90 days after it is added.
  • The money you deposit does not expire while your account is active.
  • A single deposit earns at most $600 in bonus.
  • Some trades carry a lower bonus, down to 4%.
  • If you don’t sign in for 18 months, we remind you at 12, 15, and 17 months, then refund what is left of your deposits to your card.

When a lead is wrong

Report it within 14 days of buying it. If it qualifies, the full price goes back to your balance.

Qualifies for a return

  • The phone number or email address doesn’t work.
  • The job is outside the area you cover.
  • The request is for a different trade.
  • The same customer already reached you in the last 30 days.
  • It is spam, or a competitor testing you.
  • The person can’t hire you, such as a job-seeker or a salesperson.
  • The customer never replies, and your calls and messages are logged.

Doesn’t qualify

  • You didn’t win the job.
  • The customer chose another business.
  • The customer changed their mind.
  • The customer was only comparing prices.

How returns are handled

  1. Checks we can run automatically, such as a dead number or a duplicate, are approved straight away. Everything else is decided within 2 business days.
  2. The credit goes back in the same split of deposit and bonus you paid with, and returned bonus always has at least 14 days left to spend.
  3. If nobody contacts the customer within 24 business hours, the lead is returned automatically, your balance is credited and the customer is passed to another business.
