Exclusive local leads, and a CRM to win the job.

VeryBookedAI is a platform for exclusive local leads. People nearby ask for quotes, and each request is sold to one business only. Top up a prepaid wallet, buy the leads you want and follow every one up in the CRM that comes with your account. No subscription, no commission.

  • No subscription for leads
  • Each lead sold to one business
  • Credit back for faulty leads
Example of the VeryBookedAI dashboard: exclusive lead offers with their price and deadline, the pipeline a bought lead moves through, and the wallet balance.

See the whole loop, not just the big promise.

An exclusive lead lands in your CRM the moment it’s bought. Miss a call and the platform texts the customer back for you. Finish the job, and a review request goes out automatically.

Example of the loop a lead runs through: an exclusive offer arrives, it lands in the CRM pipeline, a missed call is answered automatically by text, and a finished job gets a review request.

What you get, and what you never pay for

No monthly fee to stay visible, no commission on your invoices and no race against a queue of other businesses for the same customer.
Compare exclusive and shared leads
Example: a lead bought by your business, with the offer closed for the other businesses.

One lead, one business

A request is offered to the businesses that cover its trade and area. The first to buy it gets the customer’s details, and the offer closes for everyone else.

Example wallet: one top-up and one lead purchase, with no monthly fee and no commission.

Pay per lead from a wallet

Top up when it suits you and spend only on the leads you choose. There is no subscription for leads and no commission on the jobs you win.

Example pipeline: new, contacted, quoted and won.

A CRM comes with your account

Every lead you buy lands in your pipeline with the customer’s details and the job summary, ready to call, quote and mark as won.

Example return request: a disconnected phone number, checked and credited back to the wallet.

Credit back for faulty leads

Wrong number, outside your area, the wrong trade or a duplicate? Report it within 14 days and the price goes back into your wallet. A job you don’t win is not a faulty lead.

From a customer’s request to your phone

Three steps, and you decide at every one of them.

See how it works in detail
  1. A customer asks for quotes

People describe the job on VeryBookedAI, in our directory and on our local sites. We check the phone number and email address before any business sees it.

  2. You receive an exclusive offer

You see the job, the area and the price, but not the contact details. Offers stay open for 2 hours during business hours and 12 hours outside them.

  3. Buy it and call

Pay from your wallet, get the name and number straight away and get in touch within 24 business hours.

What the figures assume

  • Starting values are examples, not our prices. Each offer shows its real price before you buy, and prices vary by trade and area.
  • Faulty leads are credited back within the 14-day return window. Leads that simply don’t become jobs are not, so they count as spend here.
  • How many leads you can buy depends on requests for your trade in your area. We are new, so volume is still growing.

Leads for every kind of local business

Review delivery is not available yet

The dashboard can record a review request or reply command as queued. Provider delivery, review sync and reply publication are not available yet.

There is no monthly review charge, and queued commands are not a confirmation that a text, email, review sync or reply was delivered.

Questions businesses ask

Straight answers about leads, prices and returns.

Yes. Each request is offered to the businesses that cover its trade and area, and it can only be bought once. The first business to buy it receives the customer’s contact details, and the offer closes for everyone else.

No. You pay for leads one at a time from a prepaid wallet, with no monthly fee and no commission on the work you win. Review automation is a separate, optional subscription.

Prices are set by trade and area, and every offer shows its price before you buy. Our pricing page has the details.

Report it within 14 days. Invalid contact details, a job outside your area, the wrong trade, duplicates and spam are credited back to your wallet. Not winning the job doesn’t count as a fault.

Offers stay open for 2 hours during business hours and 12 hours outside them. If nobody buys the lead in that time, the offer closes.

Within 24 business hours of buying. If no contact is logged by then, the lead goes back to your wallet as credit and is offered again: you lose the lead, not the money.

Every lead you buy arrives in your pipeline with the customer’s details and the job summary. Move it from new to contacted, quoted and won, and keep your notes with the lead.

In the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands. The platform is new, so some trades and areas are busier than others today.
