Terms of Service

VeryBookedAI is a service operated by VERYBOOKED LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean VERYBOOKED LTD; “you” means the person or business using the service.

These terms cover the website, the quote request forms, the business directory and business accounts. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy and the cookies we set are listed in the Cookie Policy.

If you buy leads as a business, the Lead Buyer Terms and the Wallet Terms also apply. Where they say something more specific than these terms, the more specific document applies.

VeryBookedAI is a marketplace. Customers describe a job; independent local businesses that serve that trade and that area can buy the request and contact the customer with a quote. We also publish a directory of local businesses.

The businesses are not our employees, agents or subcontractors. Any contract for the work is made directly between the customer and the business. We are not a party to it, and we do not guarantee the quality, price, timing or legality of the work a business carries out.

We check the information we can check, such as whether a business controls the phone number on its profile, but a listing or an introduction is not a recommendation. Before hiring anyone, check their qualifications, insurance and any licence your job legally requires.

Requesting quotes through VeryBookedAI is free for customers. When you send a request:

• Give accurate details. A request made in someone else’s name, with false contact details or as a test of a competitor is not allowed.
• Your request is first shown to matching businesses as a summary: the trade, the town or postal district, a description of the job and when it was posted. Your name and contact details are not part of that summary.
• When one business buys the request, that business receives your contact details and no other business on VeryBookedAI does.
• The business is expected to contact you within 24 hours of its business time. If it has not logged any contact by then, we take the request back and offer it to another business.
• If no business on VeryBookedAI takes your request, we may pass it to a partner company that introduces customers to local businesses, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

You are free to accept or refuse any quote, and you owe us nothing whether or not you hire a business. By sending a request you agree that the business that receives it may call, text or email you about that job.

The directory lists local businesses using information that is publicly available or that the business has given us. We do not publish invented ratings, reviews or customer counts.

A business can claim its free profile to correct and complete it. To have a listing corrected or removed, use the contact page; we act on a verified request within 5 business days.

To claim a profile or buy leads you need a business account. You must be authorised to act for the business, and the information on your account and profile must be true and kept up to date.

You sign in with a link we email you, valid for 10 minutes, or with a passkey. Keep access to your email account and your devices secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Buying leads is governed by the Lead Buyer Terms, and the prepaid balance used to pay for them by the Wallet Terms. Any other paid service shows its price and conditions before you order it.

You must not use VeryBookedAI to:

• send false, misleading or unauthorised requests, or requests designed to test or collect information about a competitor;
• use a customer’s contact details for anything other than responding to the request they sent;
• copy, scrape or harvest listings, requests or contact details by automated means;
• interfere with the security or operation of the service, or try to get around a limit or a verification step;
• publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory or that infringes someone else’s rights.

We may remove content, refuse a request or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Reviews must reflect real experiences. A business must not write or buy reviews about itself or a competitor, offer a reward in exchange for a positive review, or ask only its happy customers for reviews while steering unhappy ones away. Consumer protection law in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States prohibits these practices, and so do we.

The website, its design, text and software belong to us or to our licensors. You may use them to use the service, and for no other purpose.

When a business adds a description, photos or other content to its profile, it keeps ownership of that content and gives us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on VeryBookedAI and to use it to promote the business’s profile, for as long as the content stays on the service.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that a request will be bought or will lead to a job.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.

If you use VeryBookedAI for your business, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity, or for indirect loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the lead or service the claim relates to.

You can stop using VeryBookedAI at any time, and a business can close its account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts customers at risk or is used for fraud. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we tell you why.

What happens to a prepaid balance when an account closes is set out in the Wallet Terms.

We may update these terms, for example when the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed; this version was published on 15 September 2026. If a change materially affects a business account, we tell the account holder by email before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live and you may bring proceedings in its courts.

These terms are written in English. Where we provide a translation, the English version prevails if the two differ.
