Executive summary
  • We do not use advertising, analytics or social media cookies.
  • Most visitors get no cookie at all. Cookies are set only when you sign in or make a choice we need to remember.
  • Because every cookie we set is essential or remembers a choice you made, we do not show a cookie banner.
  • You can delete our cookies at any time in your browser settings.

1What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser so that it can recognise the browser on a later visit. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way, and this policy covers them too.

VeryBookedAI is operated by VERYBOOKED LTD. How we handle personal data in general is explained in the Privacy Policy.

2What we do not use

We do not use cookies or similar technologies to:

  • measure or analyse your visits with an analytics service;
  • show you advertising, on our website or elsewhere;
  • follow you across other websites or build a profile of your interests;
  • connect your visit to a social media account.

The law allows cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you ask for, or that remember a choice you actively make, without asking for consent first. Every cookie we set is one of those, so we do not show a consent banner. If we ever add a cookie that needs your consent, we will ask before setting it and update this page first.

Local storage

The dashboard language is also saved in your browser’s local storage under the same name, app_locale, so it is remembered if cookies are cleared. Nothing else is kept in local storage.

4Other companies

Our pages serve all typefaces and static assets directly from our own servers. We do not use third-party font hosting services, so no external connections are made and no cookies or IP addresses are shared for typography.

When a business pays for a top-up, the card details are entered on a payment page provided by Stripe, which sets its own cookies to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. Those cookies are covered by Stripe’s own policy.

5Managing cookies

You can see and delete cookies in your browser settings, and block them for this or any website. If you delete or block them:

  • the sign-in cookie: you are signed out of your business account and cannot sign in until cookies are allowed;
  • the market cookie: the home address chooses a version of the site from your location and browser language instead;
  • the dashboard cookies: the dashboard returns to its default language and layout.

6Changes and contact

We update this page whenever we add, change or remove a cookie. This version was published on 15 September 2026. Questions go through the contact page. This policy is written in English; where we provide a translation, the English version prevails if the two differ.
